Challenge
3 Story Software is a vendor and workforce management system established and scaled to support thousands of customers worldwide, with a reach in offices in over 33 countries. They approached us wanting an updated brand â one that would represent their innovative and groundbreaking contribution in the contingent labor software space.
Solution
Some brands make it easy for us to act as their Digital Hypemen. We immediately seized on the thematic of â3â based on their name, realizing it would make the brand infinitely more memorable if we expanded on and emphasized that point. We wanted to make sure that the brand was synonymous with at least three clear, immediate, and alluring benefits.
âThere were other routes we experimented with before settling on a direction, but thereâs something quick and snappy about the number â3â. Itâs sharp. And we like to think that you donât need a bigger hammer â you need a sharper nail.â
You can see how, in the explainer video we created for 3 Story Software, we kept the theme going through the visuals, making sure to use an aesthetic trinity as we touched on the features, benefits, and power of the software (and yes, we are still using the rule of threes even now).
The format of the explainer videos and presentation templates makes it easy to utilize a trinity because of the inclusion of text. But for other media the question became, âHow can we continue telling the story of this brand purely through the visuals?â
Great content is frosting, but the brand and labeling still has to create a complete, delicious, and filling cake.
