Do you work with local and International clients?
Absolutely! Our clients are located all over the world and spread out within different timezones. We're always in constant communication while sharing concepts, reports revisions. We're always a phone call, Slack chat or Zoom meeting away.
I'm interested hiring you, how do we get started?
Thanks so much for your interest in working with us! Please get in touch to tell us about your project. From there we'll send over information and onboarding materials. Once the contract has been signed and deposit paid your project will be booked.
How much are your creative services?
Once we discuss the details surrounding your project, including budget and deadline we will send you an official detailed proposal with timeline and invoice.
How does the payment work?
We require a 50% retainer deposit for all projects which books your timeline and implementation date on our calendar. We will send the remaining 50% invoice towards the end of the project. Please note If your project is under $3000, your invoice will need to be paid in full before we start.
How long will it take to complete my project?
Smaller projects have been known to turn-around within a week. A brand identity project usually takes 2-3 weeks with our starter and vip packages usually taking around 4-6 weeks for implementation. We are deadline conscious and work within our clients project deadlines depending on size and scope of the project.
Will my project have dedicated project manager?
Absolutely! We assign a dedicated senior project manager to each project. This will ensure you have one main point of contact. This ensures your queries will receive a prompt response as well as proactive updates throughout your project.
